During installations, we liaise with both the sales reps responsible and the outlet owners to ensure ideal and efficient placement of the advertising materials within the outlet. Based on our experience of these retail environments, we are able to advise the client on the ideal size of material to be procured.
We establish contact sheets with the outlet information, street location, and owner’s contacts to open communication channels between all the parties concerned. Additional retail outlets for the manufacturer and distributor have been established in this exercise. We also use the information that we have harvested to make follow ups and monthly reports.

Quarterly visits to the outlets are also done to ensure that the advertising investment is safe and bringing returns through its continued display in the outlets. During these visits we have the opportunity to update materials, install new materials, install new materials and at times removals of campaigns that are no longer relevant.
